2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 58jili platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. 58jili uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. 2.5 Accurate Information. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it promptly to ensure continued access to OTP-based authentication and account recovery.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 58jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
3.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, 58jili does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and the funds returned.
3.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 3.6 Player Funds. Player funds are held separately from 58jili's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of operational difficulties.
4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 58jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.
4.3 Bonus Abuse. 58jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 58jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have met the qualifying conditions.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 58jili platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
5.2 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on 58jili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The outcomes of RNG games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
5.3 Technical Malfunctions. 9.2 58jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
9.3 58jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your use of the 58jili platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 58jili complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.
11.1 By 58jili. 58jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to 58jili, subject to completed KYC verification.
11.2 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting 58jili support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
11.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 58jili will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable fee schedule will be published on the platform.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 58jili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
58jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
